This article explains our refund policy on tickets. You can buy with confidence and transparency - full details are below:

  • If a Legal Geek event is cancelled due to Government COVID-19 restrictions or guidance, we will transfer your ticket to an alternative equivalent Legal Geek event or provide you with an option for a refund of your ticket.
  • If you are refunded, Legal Geek will pay the amount paid in full minus a small fee to cover the processing fee(s) and card fee(s) incurred by Legal Geek.
  • Once purchased, tickets to Legal Geek events are not refundable, however, you can transfer them to another person up to five business days before the event. Email changes to: hello@legalgeek.co and we'll be able to help :-)
  • Please note: if the event is cancelled, Legal Geek will not pay for travelling or associated expenses or any loss other than the ticket purchase price.
