What are the eligibility requirements for your tickets?
There are four types of tickets for the Legal Geek events:
1. General tickets - available for anyone to purchase
2. Law firm tickets - available exclusively for qualifying law firm employees (learn more)
3. In-house tickets - available exclusively for qualifying in-house professionals (learn more)
How to qualify for a law firm ticket
To qualify for a law firm ticket, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Employment status: You must be directly employed by a law firm.
- Email requirement: Register using the official work email associated with the law firm.
- Exclusions: Organisations set up or operating as consultancies, external consultants, contractors, freelancers, or anyone not currently employed in a qualifying senior law firm role will not be eligible for this ticket type.
Note: We will review all registrations and reserve the right to cancel any non-qualifying tickets.
How to qualify for a free in-house ticket
To qualify for a complimentary in-house ticket, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Employment status: You must be directly employed by a company or organisation and work within its in-house legal team.
- Who is this ticket for?
Senior in-house legal professionals, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, Heads of Legal, Legal Directors, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Counsel. - Who is this ticket not for?
Complimentary tickets are not available to paralegals, trainees, legal assistants, contract assistants, legal administrators, interns, consultants, contractors, recruiters, freelancers, law firm professionals, legal tech vendors, ALSPs, or other service providers to the legal industry. This includes in-house lawyers working for legal tech companies, vendors, consultancies and ALSPs. - Email requirement: You must register using your official company email address.
