I can't find my ticket

I purchased a ticket but can't find it - what should I do?

Please note that we send a QR code (instead of a traditional ticket) via email one week before the event. 


How to find your ticket:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from tickets@legalgeek.co
  2. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder
  3. Check the event app for 'Your ticket' section (available one week before the event)
  4. If you still can't find it, get in touch with us at hello@legalgeek.co


Top tip: To avoid missing important event updates, add tickets@legalgeek.co to your contacts or trusted sender list.
